  • With the emergence of artificial meat and other future foods, the raw materials which can be used in foods will continue to increase, and the categories of health foods will continue to be enriched.The management of raw materials for health food is the key point and difficulty of health food registration and filing. Flexible management, control management, optimized management is the key to ensuring the safety, effectiveness and quality of health food. Based on summarizing the classification and use of health food raw materials in China, and combing the management experience of health food raw materials domestic and foreign, this article analyzes the problems existing in the management of health food raw materials in China and puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions for government, aiming to serve the regulatory authorities to formulate scientifically and reasonably regulatory policies.
