Abstract
The potential risks were found out and the trend of risk changes were predicted by sortting out, excavating and deeply analyzing the data of the national food safety supervision sampling inspection data from 2017 to 2019, in order to provide a reference for the regulatory authorities to formulate a supervision sampling inspection plan and determine the focus of supervision, and to provide a guidance for enterprises to investigate risk, prevent and control self-risk. The analysis found that the main food safety problems were microbial contamination, the use of food additives in excess of the limits and unqualified quality index, accounting for 73.57% of the total number of unqualified items. Products with higher risks included 10 categories such as convenience foods, frozen beverages, and food-related products etc. Their unqualified rates were all above 2.5% and the sampling number accounted for 42.34% of the total number of samples. The food safety risk in the second quarter of each year was significantly higher than other quarters.Compared with other origins, products from Guangxi had the highest risk, with an unqualified rate of 6.08%. The results showed that the situation of food safety in the past three years was good, with the food safety level improving year by year. The overall unqualified rate was 1.94%. However, there were still varying degrees of risk in some categories, indicators, and production areas, so regulators should pay more attention to them.
