海洋动物多糖的生物活性及其应用研究进展

Research Progress on Biological Activity and Application of Marine Animal Polysaccharides

  • 摘要: 海洋动物富含多糖、活性蛋白、活性肽、氨基酸等生物活性成分。随着分离提取和构效关系分析技术的发展,海洋动物多糖作为海洋动物活性成分的重要组分,已被证实具有免疫调节、降血糖、抗氧化、降血脂、抗癌等多种生物活性。本文以海洋动物多糖为研究对象,结合国内外有关海洋动物多糖的最新研究,对多糖的种类、生物活性以及在生物医药、水产养殖、食品、化妆品领域的应用进行了系统论述,并提出了未来的研究方向,为推动海洋动物多糖的高值化、生态化开发利用提供了理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Marine creatures have an abundance of polysaccharides, active proteins, active peptides, and amino acids. With advancements in separation extraction and structure-activity relationship analysis technology, marine animal polysaccharides, as important components of marine animal active ingredients, are shown to exhibit a variety of biological activities such as immune regulation, hypoglycemic activities, antioxidant effects, lipid-lowering processes, and anticancer properties. This article examines the different types, biological activities, and applications of polysaccharides in biomedicine, aquaculture, food, cosmetics, and proposes potential research directions for pursuit by providing theoretical reference to promote the high-value and ecological development and utilization of marine animals.
