微生物分子生态学研究方法概述

Advances in Methods of Microbial Molecular Ecology

  • 摘要: 微生物分子生态学是分子生物学与微生物生态学交叉而形成的学科,对于认识微生物生态系统组成结构、功能、微生物之间以及微生物与环境之间的相互关系具有重要意义。本文以微生物分子生态学研究方法作为切入点,对目前广泛使用的微生物分子生态学研究技术和方法进行综合介绍、分析和总结,对各种方法的优缺点和应用进行评论,以期为认识和调控生态系统的微生物群落提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Microbial molecular ecology is an interdisciplinary of molecular biology and microbial ecology. It is important to understand the composition and structure, function, the relationship between microorganisms and the relationship between microorganisms and the environment in microbial ecosystems. Microbial molecular ecology research techniques and methods widely used are comprehensively introduced, analyzed and summarized, and the advantages, disadvantages and applications of the techniques and methods are discussed. This study would provide a reference for understanding and regulating the kind and population of microbial communities in ecosystems.
