银杏全资源主要成分与功能活性

Main Components and Functional Activities of Ginkgo biloba

  • 摘要: 我国是银杏的主要产地之一,银杏资源十分丰富,其食用和药用价值也十分巨大。为了更精确地利用具有“药食同源”特性的银杏资源进行深度开发,就必然需要清晰地掌握它的化学成分与功效。因此,本文从银杏叶、银杏花、银杏果和银杏树全资源的角度系统地介绍与分析了银杏各部位的化学组成。同时,还对银杏各部分中相关成分的具体功能活性进行了详细地阐述,为银杏资源在食品、医药、保健和饲料等领域的精准利用提供有价值的参考。

     

    Abstract: China is one of the main producing areas of Ginkgo biloba, which resources are quite rich. Its edible and medicinal values are also huge. To make more accurate use of Ginkgo biloba resources with the characteristic of "homology of medicine and food" for further development, it is necessary to master their chemical compositions and efficacy clearly. Thus, the chemical compositions of Ginkgo biloba leaves, flowers, fruits and trees are systematically introduced and analyzed in this paper. In addition, the specific functional activities of the related components of Ginkgo biloba are described in detail. It aims to provide valuable references for the accurate utilization of Ginkgo biloba resources in the fields of food, medicine, health care and feed.
