长茎葡萄蕨藻的组成成分及功能特性研究进展

Research Progress in the Components and Functional Characteristics of Caulerpa lentillifera

  • 摘要: 随着科学技术的发展以及陆地资源的日益殆尽,人们逐渐将目光转向海洋资源,长茎葡萄蕨藻作为一种高蛋白高膳食纤维的海藻而备受关注。长茎葡萄蕨藻营养丰富,含有多种活性物质,具有免疫调节、抗炎、抗微生物以及降血糖血脂等多种生物活性功能,拥有巨大的潜在药用价值。本文总结了长茎葡萄蕨藻的组成成分及其主要活性功能的最新研究,发现现有的研究主要集中在营养成分、人工养殖和环境应用上,对长茎葡萄蕨藻活性成分的了解还不全面。目前,学者们对长茎葡萄蕨藻中的酚类和黄酮类物质的研究仅处于含量测定阶段,多糖和蕨藻红素的提取方法和活性功能也有待进一步优化和发掘。后续本文应当对长茎葡萄蕨藻的活性成分进行深入的开发,明确其结构与活性功能之间的关系,并探究具体的活性功能机制,以发掘长茎葡萄蕨藻的药物潜力。

     

    Abstract: With the development of science and technology and the depletion of land resources, marine resources have been paid more and more attention gradually. Caulerpa lentillifera has been paid attention with high protein and dietary fiber. Caulerpa lentillifera is rich in nutrient, contains a variety of active substances, and has a variety of biological functions, such as immune regulation, anti-inflammation, anti-microbial, reducing blood sugar and blood lipids. It has a great potential medicinal value. In this paper, the latest studies on the components and functional characteristics of Caulerpa lentillifera are summarized, and it is found that the existing studies are mainly focus on nutrition, artificial culture and environmental application, but the exploration of the active components of Caulerpa lentillifera is not comprehensive. At present, scholars' research on phenols and flavonoids in Caulerpa lentillifera is only in the preliminary stage of content determination, and the extraction methods and active functions of polysaccharides and Caulerpin need to be further optimized and explored. In the future, in order to explore the drug potential of Caulerpa lentillifera, the active components of Caulerpa lentillifera should be deeply developed, the relationship between its structure and active function should be clarified, and its specific active function mechanism should be explored.
