Research Progress of Peptide Activity and Application of Marine Collagen Peptides

  • 摘要: 海洋胶原肽由于其丰富的来源以及结构特点成为了胶原蛋白肽类的研究热点。海洋生物是具有高营养品质的丰富胶原蛋白来源,多项研究表明衍生自这些海洋胶原蛋白的水解物和肽类显示出多种益于健康的生物活性,在多种食品健康行业中有着广阔的应用前景。制备海洋胶原肽可以提高胶原蛋白回收率,使这些海洋生物资源得到有效利用,这不仅可以满足全球对胶原蛋白日益增长的需求,还能节省自然生物资源,并解决加工海洋生物产生的废品所造成的资源浪费和环境负担,有利于当今社会绿色生产和循环经济的发展。本文从胶原蛋白及其生物活性肽的介绍入手,综合阐述了近年来国内外对海洋胶原肽的各类生物活性开展的研究,并总结了海洋胶原肽当前在保健品、食品工业和医疗领域的实际应用,对MCPs在今后商业产品开发中的潜在用途进行了系统地总结和讨论。以期为海洋胶原肽在保健品、食品工业和医疗等行业的进一步的开发和应用提供科学依据。
