丝瓜不同部位药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Pharmacological Action of Different Parts of Luffa cylindrica(L.) Roem.

  • 摘要: 丝瓜是常见的药食同源植物,其果实、叶、络、藤、种子和根均可入药,各药用部位在抗炎、抗氧化、改善心脏功能、保护肝脏、降血糖、降血脂、免疫调节和抗癌等方面具有显著的生物活性。本文综述了丝瓜不同部位的主要活性成分和药理作用,分析了丝瓜用于肝损伤、肥胖和癌症等疾病治疗的潜力,阐述了丝瓜作为食源性肽和天然α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂来源的可行性,并对丝瓜未来的研究方向进行了展望,以期为丝瓜药材资源的深层次开发和利用提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Luffa cylindrical(L.) Roem. is a common medicine food homologous plant. Its fruits, leaves, collaterals, vines, seeds and roots can be used as medicine. Each medicinal part has significant biological activity in anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, improving heart function, protecting liver, lowering blood sugar, lowering blood lipid, immune regulation and anti-cancer. In this paper, the main active components and pharmacological effects of different parts of luffa were reviewed, and the potential of luffa in the treatment of liver injury, obesity and cancer was analyzed. In addition, the feasibility of luffa as a source of food-derived peptide and natural α-glucosidase inhibitor was described. Finally, the future research direction of luffa was prospected, in order to provide theoretical basis for the deep development and utilization of the medicinal resources of luffa.
