西归粗多糖对运动疲劳小鼠的免疫调节作用

Immunomodulation of Polysaccharides from Xigui in Exercise-induced Fatigue Mice

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨西归粗多糖对运动疲劳小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:随机将小鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组,西归粗多糖低、中、高(100、200、400 mg/kg)剂量组5组,灌胃给药后迫使小鼠游泳直至疲劳,持续10 d,检测其对小鼠碳粒廓清指数、脏器指标,血清BUN、IL-4、IFN-γ、白蛋白、IgG、ALT含量的影响,评价其对运动疲劳小鼠的调节作用。结果:各剂量组西归粗多糖均具有一定的免疫调节作用,以中剂量组效果最佳。低剂量组(P<0.05)、中剂量组(P<0.01)西归粗多糖均显著上调小鼠碳粒吞噬系数,中、高剂量组均极显著地上调胸腺和脾脏质量及指数(P<0.01);中、高剂量西归粗多糖均极显著下调血清BUN含量(P<0.01);中剂量组(P<0.01)、高剂量组(P<0.05)西归粗多糖显著下调血清IL-4含量,升高血清IFN-γ含量,极显著降低了IL-4/IFN-γ比值(P<0.01)。西归粗多糖中剂量组能够极显著提高血清IgG含量(P<0.01)。低、中、高剂量组西归粗多糖均下调运动疲劳小鼠的肝脏质量(P<0.01或P<0.05),中、高剂量组显著升高ALB含量,降低血清ALT含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:西归粗多糖通过调节免疫功能和免疫平衡,减轻肝脏损伤,对运动疲劳发挥积极的免疫调节作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective:To investigate the immunomodulation of the crude polysaccharides from xigui on exercise-induced fatigue mice. Methods:Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:Normal control group,model control group high-,medium-,and low-dose of crude polysaccharide from xigui group(100,200,400 mg/kg). Each mice was administered with corresponding drugs everyday by gavage,and then was forced to swim until fatigue for successive 10 days. The effects of polysaccharide from xigui on the carbon particle clearance index and the organ index of each mouse,the concentrations of BUN,IL-4,IFN-γ,ALB,IgG and ALT in mice’s serum were detected to evaluate its immunomodulatory effect on exercise-induced fatigue mice. Results:The low,middle and high dose group of crude polysaccharide from xigui had certain immunomodulatory effects on the exercise-induced fatigue mice,and the middle dose group(200 mg/kg)had the best effect. The carbon particle clearance index and phagocytosis coefficient were significantly upregulated in the low dose group(P<0.05)and middle dose group(P<0.01). Both middle and high dose of crude polysaccharide from xigui significantly upregulated thymus and spleen mass and index of mouse(P<0.01). Medium and high dose of crude polysaccharide from xigui significantly reduced the content of BUN in the serum of mice(P<0.01). Middle dose(P<0.01)and high dose(P<0.05)of crude polysaccharide from xigui obviously down-regulated the content of IL-4,increased the content of IFN-γ,and decreased the ratio of IL-4/IFN-γ(P<0.01). Middle dose of drug increased the levels of IgG(P<0.01). Low,medium and high dose of crude polysaccharide from xigui down-regulated liver mass of exercise fatigue mice(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and middle and high dose significantly increased the content of ALB and decreased the content ALT(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:By regulating immune function and balance and reducing liver damage,crude polysaccharide from xigui plays an active role in immunomodulation of exercise-induced fatigue.
