益生菌ABC转运体寡糖结合蛋白的结构学研究进展

Research Progress in the Structure of Oligosaccharide Binding Proteins of ABC Transporter in Probiotics

  • 摘要: 益生菌有助于改善宿主的微生态平衡。益生菌摄入寡糖有益于其增殖和代谢,该摄入过程主要是通过ABC转运体完成。ABC转运体的底物结合蛋白能够在胞外区域结合寡糖,并通过跨膜区进一步将其传递。本论文对近年来在益生菌中解析的寡糖结合蛋白进行综述,着重介绍其结构特性,并对其寡糖底物的功能机制进行探讨。

     

    Abstract: Probiotics help improve the host's microecological balance. Intake of oligosaccharides by probiotics is beneficial to its proliferation and metabolism. The intake process is mainly completed by ABC transporters. The substrate-binding protein of the ABC transporter is capable of binding oligosaccharides in the extracellular region and transmitting them further through the transmembrane region. This paper reviews the oligosaccharide-binding proteins in probiotics in recent years,highlights their structural characteristics,and discusses the functional mechanisms of their oligosaccharide substrates.
