近红外光谱技术在蜂蜜检测中的应用

Application of Near Infrared Technology in the Determination of Honey

  • 摘要: 蜂蜜是一种天然食品,具有很高的营养和保健价值,广泛应用在食品、药品和化妆品等行业。传统方法对蜂蜜检测的分析手段较为单一,且操作过程较为复杂,无法实现快速和实时检测,难以满足对蜂产业质量检测要求。近红外光谱技术作为一种快速、高效、无损的检测手段,被广泛应用在蜂蜜检测之中。本文基于近红外光谱技术,从定量和定性方面综述了蜂蜜检测中模型建立方法,提出了近红外光谱技术在蜂蜜检测中存在的问题,并对进一步的研究提出了展望。

     

    Abstract: Honey is a natural food with high nutritional and health value.It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic industries and so on. The traditional methods for the detection of honey are relatively simple, and the operation process is complicated. It is impossible to achieve rapid and real-time detection, and it is difficult to meet the quality inspection requirements of the bee industry. As a fast, efficient and non-destructive testing method, NIR spectroscopy is widely used in honey determination. Based on near-infrared spectroscopy, this paper reviewed the research progress of model establishment methods in honey detection from quantitative and qualitative aspects, and put forward the problems and the prospect of further research of near-infrared spectroscopy in honey detection.
