浓缩山西老陈醋对高脂血症小鼠血脂及血糖的调节作用

Regulation Effect of Shanxi Aged Vinegar Concentrate on Blood Lipid and Blood Glucose in Hyperlipidemia Mice

  • 摘要: 研究山西老陈醋和食醋浓缩物对高脂血症小鼠血脂和血糖的调节功能,评价食醋浓缩物取代山西老陈醋发挥保健功能的可行性。利用高脂饲料建立小鼠高血脂模型,模型鼠每天灌胃高、低剂量山西老陈醋(4、1 mL/(kg·bw·d))和食醋浓缩物(16、4 mL/(kg·bw·d)),进行小鼠体重、附睾脂肪质量、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白的对比分析,评估其降血脂的功效;进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验,检测小鼠调节血糖的能力。结果表明:山西老陈醋和食醋浓缩物均降低高血脂小鼠的体重、附睾脂肪质量及脂肪系数,改善小鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白指标,且食醋浓缩物的效果要优于山西老陈醋。同时,食醋浓缩物能显著降低高血脂小鼠的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,而山西老陈醋对此效果并不明显,说明食醋浓缩物具有优于山西老陈醋的调节高脂血症小鼠血脂和血糖的能力。

     

    Abstract: The regulation of Shanxi aged vinegar and its concentrate on blood lipid and blood glucose in hyperlipidemia mice were studied in order to evaluate the feasibility of vinegar concentrate instead of Shanxi aged vinegar on health care function. The hyperlipidemia mice model was established by feeding 60 kcal% high fat diets and oral gavaged by high and low doses of Shanxi aged vinegar (4, 1 mL/(kg·bw·d)) and its concentrate (16 or 4 mL/(kg·bw·d)). Mouse weight, epididymal fat mass, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were detected to evaluate the function of blood lipid-lowing. Meanwhile, oral glucose tolerance test was conducted to determine the regulation ability of blood glucose. Results revealed that both Shanxi aged vinegar and its concentrate reduced the body weight, epididymal fat mass and fatty coefficient of hyperlipidemia mice, improved serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol as well, and the function of vinegar concentrate was better than Shanxi aged vinegar. In addition, vinegar concentrate significantly reduced the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of hyperlipidemia mice, while Shanxi aged vinegar was out of expectation. All the results illustrated that vinegar concentrate had better effect than Shanxi aged vinegar on regulation of blood lipid and blood glucose in hyperlipidemia mice.
