Abstract:
The food safety incidents caused by
Listeria monocytogenes are widely concerned. It would cause not only disease, but even cause the death of infected people in severe cases. Therefore, the rapid detection technology of
Listeria monocytogenes in ready-to-eat foods is crucially important. This paper describes the contamination rate of
Listeria monocytogenes in ready-to-eat foods in different regions, and comprehensively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of molecular biology methods, immunological detection methods, biosensor detection methods, and spectroscopic detection methods,as well as the development status. The review would provide new ideas for research and development of new rapid inspection technology.
