应用离子液体溶剂体系 提取天然虾青素的研究进展

Progress of Extracting Natural Astaxanthin by Ionic Liquids

  • 摘要: 虾青素有多种生物活性和突出的生理功能,从雨生红球藻等生物资源中提取天然虾青素具有很高的经济价值和开发潜力。与有机溶剂相比,离子液体良好的溶解性、可循环利用和可设计等优点使其在生物活性分子萃取领域得到广泛关注。本文综述了虾青素的生物来源、常见提取方法以及离子液体溶剂体系从天然资源中提取虾青素的工艺及机理,为设计操作简便、环境友好的天然虾青素提取工艺提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Astaxanthin shows a variety of biological activities and physiological functions. The astaxanthin extracted from natural sources,such as Haematococcus pluvialis,has extraordinary value and potential application. Compared with organic solvents,the excellent solubility,recyclability and designability of ionic liquids have received extensive attention in the extraction of bioactive molecular. This paper reviews the biological sources of astaxanthin,common extraction methods,the process and mechanism of extracting astaxanthin from natural resources in ionic liquid solvent system,which can provide a theoretical basis for the design of natural astaxanthin extraction process with simple and environmentally friendly.
