甘薯多糖的提取工艺、 生理功能及应用研究进展

Advances in Extraction Technology,Biological Activity and Application of Sweet Potato Polysaccharide

  • 摘要: 甘薯多糖是甘薯的功能性成分之一,主要包括阿拉伯半乳糖、半乳甘露聚糖、果胶等,具有抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗菌、降血糖、免疫调节和调节肠道菌群等功效,已广泛应用于医药、食品和动物营养等领域。本文重点综述了甘薯多糖的提取工艺、生物活性和开发应用,为深入研究甘薯多糖的功能及作用机制,开发研究甘薯多糖功能性食品提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Sweet potato polysaccharide is an important active ingredients of sweet potato,which mainly includes arabinose,galactomannan,pectin,and so on. It has anti-oxidation,anti-fatigue,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,blood sugar lowering,regulating immunity and intestinal flora effects,and is widely used in medicine,food and animal nutrition. This paper summarizes the preparation methods,biological activity,and application of sweet potato polysaccharide,which can provide some references for indepth study of the function and mechanism,develop functional foods of sweet potato polysaccharides.
