酸枣仁黄酮对照提取物的制备及其在枣仁安神颗粒含量测定中的方法学验证

Preparation of Flavones Reference Extract from Ziziphus jujuba Seed and Its Methodological Validation in the Determination of Content of Zaoren Anshen Granules

  • 摘要: 本研究制备了酸枣仁黄酮对照提取物,用对照提取物替代单一对照品测定枣仁安神颗粒中斯皮诺素、6-阿魏酰斯皮诺素成分,探讨对照提取物用于中药质量控制的可行性。结果表明,酸枣仁黄酮提取物中斯皮诺素、6-阿魏酰斯皮诺素浓度分别在0.0087~0.4366(r=0.9996)、0.0039~0.1952 mg·mL-1(r=0.9996)范围内与色谱峰面积值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=9)分别为100.26%、100.90%,RSD分别为2.45%、1.37%。以酸枣仁黄酮对照提取物为对照,测定12批枣仁安神颗粒样品的结果,与采用单一对照品所测得结果基本一致。综上,对照提取物可替代相应的对照品测定中药成分的含量,用于中药材及其制剂的质量控制。

     

    Abstract: Prepared the flavones reference extract from Ziziphus jujuba seed was substituted for single reference substance to determine the ingredients(spinosin,6-feruloylspinosin)of Zaoren Anshen granules to explore the feasibility for quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. The results showed that there was a good linearity between the concentration of spinosin,6-feruloylspinolin in the flavones reference extract and the peak area value in ranges of 0.0087~0.4366(r=0.9996),0.0039~0.1952 mg·mL-1(r=0.9996),respectively. The average recoveries of two components were 100.26%,100.90% with RSDs which were 2.45%,1.37%. The results of 12 batches of Zaoren Anshen granules were determined by utilizing the reference extract of Semen Zizipon seed as control,which were basically consistent with those obtained by single reference substance. The results indicated that the reference extract could replace the corresponding of reference substance to determine the traditional Chinese medicine ingredients,and be used for quality control of Chinese herbal medicines and their preparations.
