咪唑类离子液体提取天然产物的应用研究

Application on Extraction of Natural Products by Imidazolium Ionic Liquid

  • 摘要: 离子液体因具有良好的溶解性、热稳定性、化学稳定性、可设计性等特点,在提取分离天然产物方面具有显著的提取效果。本文综述了近年来咪唑类离子液体作为提取剂在提取天然产物方面的应用,提出了离子液体在分离天然产物领域中存在的问题,并指出安全、功能化离子液体的研制和离子液体的高效回收是解决这些问题的主要手段,为离子液体在天然产物提取中的应用奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: Ionic liquids have good solubility,high thermal stability,chemical stability,and designability,therefore they are widely used for extracting natural products. This paper summarizes the application of imidazolium ionic liquid as extractants in the extraction of natural products,discusses the existing issues in extraction of natural products,and suggests the main solutions,which are the development of safe and functional ionic liquids and the efficient recovery of ionic liquids. This study lays the foundation for the application of ionic liquid in the extraction of natural products.
