铜绿假单胞菌检测方法研究进展

Research Progress on Detection Methods of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

  • 摘要: 铜绿假单胞菌在日常饮食中经常污染凉拌菜、熟肉制品、桶装水等产品,此外,它还是一种能引起免疫力低下的病人慢性感染的条件致病菌,其耐药性问题更容易对人类健康产生潜在威胁,因此对其进行快速分析准确检测具有重要意义。本文从传统检验方法,分别以核酸、多肽蛋白质、全细胞为研究对象的检验方法综述了各种检测方法在铜绿假单胞菌检验方面的优势及缺点,为日常具体检测方案的选择提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Pseudomonas aeruginosa often pollution salad,cooked meat products,bottled water and other products in the daily diet,in addition,it is also a kind of condition pathogenic bacteria which can cause chronic infection in immunocompromised patients bacteria,the drug resistance problem are more likely to produce potential threat to human health,so the fast and exact analysis of detection is of great significance. This paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods in the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from the traditional detection methods,which take nucleic acid,polypeptide protein and whole cell as the research objects,so as to provide reference basis for the selection of daily specific detection scheme.
