Mn-SOD的提取及其应用研究进展

Research Progress on the Extraction and Application of Mn-SOD

  • 摘要: 锰超氧化物歧化酶(Manganese superoxide dismutase,Mn-SOD)是广泛存在于动植物体以及微生物体内的金属酶,能够清除超氧阴离子。位于线粒体内的Mn-SOD作为清除超氧阴离子的第一道防线,在生物体内的表达和调控对于平衡机体的氧化还原稳态的维持起着十分重要的作用。目前已有许多研究者对MnSOD的提取及功能应用进行了研究。本文对Mn-SOD功能、来源、提取等进行了概述,重点对利用基因工程菌生产MnSOD、以及其在医学农业上的应用情况等方面进行综述,以期为我国Mn-SOD产品的深入开发和利用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) is a metal enzyme widely existing in animals,plants and microorganisms,which can scavenge superoxide anions. As the first line of defense against superoxide anion,the expression and regulation of Mn-SOD in the mitochondria play an important role in balancing the homeostasis of redox. At present,many researchers have studied the preparation,extraction and functional application of Mn-SOD. This paper summarizes SOD's function,source,extraction and application,also expound Mn-SOD's production by genetically engineered bacteria and its application situation and development potential in medical and agriculture,so as to provide reference for the further development and utilization of Mn-SOD products.
