杜仲叶黄酮的提取方法及其生物活性研究进展

Research Progress in the Extraction Methods and Bioactivity of Flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides Leaves

  • 摘要: 杜仲作为一种传统中药材在中国已有2000多年的历史,近年来,杜仲皮和杜仲胶都已得到了较为充分的开发,而资源更为丰富的杜仲叶却常被作为动物饲料直接饲喂给家禽家畜或废弃处理,未加以有效合理利用,造成了资源的极大浪费。杜仲叶中黄酮含量高,提取方法多样,并且具有良好的生物活性,是一种很好的天然植物黄酮来源。因此,将杜仲叶黄酮提取利用后,再把树叶残渣做成动物饲料等产品加以二次利用,对于杜仲资源的深度综合开发和天然黄酮的广泛应用有重要意义。本文对近年来杜仲叶黄酮的提取方法及其生物活性的研究情况进行综述,以期为杜仲资源的深度综合开发利用提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: As a kind of traditional Chinese herbal medicine,Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. has more than 2,000 years of history in China. In recent years,Eucommia ulmoides skin and guttapercha have been fully developed. But the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides,which are fed to poultry and livestock directly,have not been effectively utilized and caused a great waste of resources. The content of flavonoids in the eucommia leaves is high. It has good biological activities and diverse extraction methods. So,it can be used as a great source of natural plant flavonoids. After the extraction of eucommia leaf flavonoids,the leaves residue can be re-proceeded into animal residues or other products. It is important for the comprehensive development of Eucommia ulmoides resources and the wide application of natural flavonoids. In order to provide certain basis on depth of exploitation and utilization on Eucommia ulmoides resources,the extraction methods of flavonoids and its biological activities in recent years were reviewed in this paper.
