氧化应激细胞模型建立的研究进展

Research Progress of Establishing Cellular Oxidative Stress Model

  • 摘要: 细胞模型是筛选评价抗氧化物质,研究氧化应激损伤机制的有效方法之一。目前有不少研究采用氧化应激细胞模型探讨植物化学物质的抗氧化效果及机制。根据研究目的,可以选择多种细胞株及应激源,但模型建立缺乏统一标准,系统性的总结少见报道。因此,本文从细胞株和应激源的选择、模型判断指标等方面介绍氧化应激细胞模型的建立方法,并从化学、物理和生物等方面对应激源进行了分类总结,旨在为筛选、评价抗氧化剂效果,探究干预氧化损伤机制等研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Cellular model is one of the effective methods to study the oxidative stress damage and mechanism in the body,and to evaluate and screen effective antioxidants. Plenty of researches have explored the antioxidant activity and mechanism of phytochemicals by using cellular model. Based on the study objective,there are varieties of cell lines and stress sources to choose,but it is lack of a unified standard and few studies have summarized the method. Thus,this paper introduced the method used for establishing cellular oxidative stress model from the aspects of selecting cells and stress sources,and possible biomarkers of cellular model. The stress sources were categorized by chemistry,physics and biology. This review aimed to provide references for screening and evaluating the antioxidant activity of antioxidants,and exploring the mechanism of oxidative stress damage.
