霍山石斛多糖的制备、功能和产品开发的研究进展

Research Progress on Preparation, Function and Product Development of Polysaccharide of Dendrobium huoshanense

  • 摘要: 霍山石斛是我国传统医药中的一种名贵中药材,具有悠久的药用历史和良好的药用价值,现已成为现代医疗、保健食品等领域的研究热点。石斛多糖为石斛功效发挥的主要物质基础,生物学活性丰富,产业化开发利用前景广阔。本文综述了霍山石斛多糖的提取纯化、理化性质、结构特征及功能作用等研究进展,并对霍山石斛类保健食品的开发现状和深度开发的前景进行分析和展望,以期为霍山石斛的综合开发利用提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Dendrobium huoshanense is a valuable medicinal plant in China, which has become a hot spot of research in the field of modern medical treatment, health care food, etc. The polysaccharides of Dendrobium huoshanense are believed to be predominant active substances with multifarious biological functions and broad utilization prospect. In this review, the research progress in the extraction, isolation, physicochemical properties, structural identification as well as biological functions of Dendrobium huoshanense polysaccharides were summarized. The current research and depth development prospect in Dendrobium huoshanense polysaccharide and health care food were analyzed to provide scientific reference for the enhancement of effective utilization of Dendrobium huoshanense resources.
