基于文献计量分析细胞破壁技术的研究现状与发展趋势

Current Situation and Development Trend of Cell Wall Breaking Technology on Bibliometrics Analysis

  • 摘要: 为分析细胞破壁技术的研究现状与发展趋势,对中国知识资源总库(CNKI)和中国专利数据总库采用主题词关联的模糊方式进行检索,所得检索数据用文献计量方法进行分析。结果表明:细胞破壁技术研究方兴未艾,特别是在代表着自主知识产权的专利文献进入21世纪后得到迅猛发展;细胞破壁技术在医药、生物、农业、食品和化工等诸多领域的应用日益拓展与完善;多地多学科的协同与联合效应正在发生,各研究单位的特色也越发鲜明,一个百花齐放的研究局面正在形成。同时,文章也指出了细胞破壁技术还面临着难以均匀恒定地维持低温或超低温环境、智能化专用设备及其配套技术近乎空白等难题,这都需要加强其基础研究的深度、突破技术瓶颈、拓展其应用广度等,以开创出细胞破壁技术的新春天。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the current situation and development trend of cell wall breaking technology in China,the fuzzy method of key word correlation was used to search in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and China's patent database,and the retrieved data were analyzed by the method of Bibliometrics. The results showed that the research on cell wall breaking technology in China was in the ascendant and obtained rapid development especially after patent documents representing independent intellectual property rights showed up in the 21st century. The application of cell wall breaking technology in many fields such as medicine,biology,agriculture,food and chemical industry was increasingly expanded and perfected. Synergy and combined effect of multi field and multi discipline was taking place,and the characteristics of research units were becoming more and more distinct. A prosperous research situation was taking shape. At the same time,the article also pointed out that the cell wall breaking technology was still facing difficulties in maintaining a low temperature or ultra-low temperature of the environment uniformly and constantly,and intelligent special equipment and its supporting technology almost remain,etc. All these need efforts to strengthen the depth of basic research,break through the technical bottleneck,expand application breadth and keep going deeply into it,so as to create a new spring of cell wall breaking technology.
