有机溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法检测玉米浆中黄曲霉毒素B1

Determination of Aflatoxin B1 in Corn Syrup by Organic Solvent Extraction and High Performance Liquid Chromatography

  • 摘要: 以玉米浆(干、湿样)作为样品,用有机萃取法精简样品处理方式,比较了4种有机溶剂萃取黄曲霉毒素B1的回收率,用高效液相色谱(High performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)紫外检测器检测AFB1,以期建立一种检测玉米浆中黄曲霉毒素B1(Aflatioxin,AFB1)的高效液相色谱检测方法。结果表明,二氯甲烷为样品检测的最适萃取剂,该方法的加标回收率为96.2%~99.3%,相对标准偏差(Relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.68%~1.97%。该方法简便、廉价、准确,适用于玉米浆中AFB1的检测。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,corn syrup(dry and wet samples)was taken as sample. The method of organic solvent extraction was used to simplify the sample processing and the recovery rates of aflatoxin B1 from 4 organic solvents were compared to develop a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of AFB1 in corn syrup. The results showed that,dichloromethane was the optimum extractant for sample detection,and the recovery rate of this method was 96.2%~99.3%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.68%~1.97%. The method was simple,cheap,accurate and suitable for the detection of AFB1 in corn syrup.
