褐藻中降血压活性物质及其提取工艺研究进展

Research Progress of Antihypertensive Bioactive Substances and Their Extracting Technologies from Brown Algae

  • 摘要: 褐藻为我国的重要海产资源,含有丰富的营养成分及活性物质,近年来在褐藻中提取食源性降血压活性物质已成为研究热点。文章综述了褐藻中降血压物质降血压肽、氨基酸、褐藻多酚、类胡萝卜素、多糖等的降血压作用,分析比较了褐藻中降血压物质的提取工艺。通过褐藻高效利用提取分离褐藻中的降血压活性物质,为其开发功能性食品提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Brown algae, as an important marine resource in China, which is rich for various nutritious and bioactive substances. It has been becoming a studying hotspot for finding the foodborne antihypertensive bioactive substances from brown algae recent years. This paper summarized the antihypertensive functions of bioactive substances in brown algae, which including peptides, amino acids, algae polyphenols, carotenoids, polysaccharides and other substances. Their extracting technologies were stated and analyzed. It was suggested that the antihypertensive bioactive substances could be produced as by products through brown algae processing and utilization. Those substances could be further used as the main materials for the development of functional foods.
