全面西番莲果实生物活性成分及生理功能研究进展

Research Progress on Bioactive Substances and Physiological Functions of Passion Fruit

  • 摘要: 西番莲果实不仅富含蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、脂肪酸和矿物质等营养成分,还含有丰富的生物活性物质,如黄酮类化合物、类胡萝卜素、植物多糖、生物碱和生氰苷等。此外,西番莲果实还具有良好的抗焦虑、抗氧化、消炎、抗氧化等生理功能,对膝关节炎和2型糖尿病有一定的疗效。本文重点阐述了西番莲果实中的主要生物活性物质,并总结了西番莲果实及其提取物的生理功能,为西番莲果实综合利用和产品开发的提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Passion fruit is rich in protein,amino acids,vitamins,fatty acids and minerals,as well as a variety of bioactive substances,such as flavonoids,carotenoids,plant polysaccharides,alkaloids and cyanosides. Moreover,Passion fruit has good physiological functions such as anti-anxiety,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative,which also has certain effect on knee arthritis and Type 2 diabetes. This paper focused on the main bioactive substances and the physiological functions of passion fruit and its extracts,which may provide reference for the comprehensive utilization and product development of passion fruit.
