快速检测技术在水产品检测中的应用现状及发展前景

Present situation and development prospects for application of rapid detection technology in aquatic product

  • 摘要: 近几年,水产品消费量逐渐升高,由环境污染、药物残留、化学试剂滥用及其天然毒素、加工贮藏不当等因素带来的水产品安全问题受到了人们的广泛关注。快速检测技术具有简便、快速、高效、经济的特点,能较好地满足水产品有害物质的检测要求。综述了免疫学法、化学比色法、生物传感器法、分子生物学法,生物芯片及ATP生物发光技术等几种水产品安全快速检测方法的研究进展及应用,并展望了其发展方向。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, consumption of aquatic products gradually increased, and aquatic product safety incidents had attracted extensive attention due to the environmental pollution, drugs residues, abuse of chemical reagents and nature toxins, improper handling and storage and other factors. Rapid detection techniques were convenient, simple and efficient to meet the requirements of the detection of harmful substances in aquatic products. In this paper, the rapid detection methods for aquatic product safety including immunological methods, chemical colorimetry, biosensor method, molecular biology, biochip, ATP bioluminescence technology and so on were reviewed, and the prospects of the future developments were expected.
