高氯酸盐毒性及其检测方法研究进展

Research progress in toxicological effects of perchlorate and its detection methods

  • 摘要: 高氯酸盐已经成为全球性污染物,在生活用水、果蔬、奶制品及其肉制品中均被检出。通过参考大量国内外文献,介绍了高氯酸盐的生态毒理研究现状和检测技术发展历程。较深入的探讨了高氯酸盐毒性并对其治理进行了展望。对检测技术进行了全面的概述,较详细地叙述了光度计法,离子色谱法,离子色谱-串联质谱联用,液相色谱-串联质谱联用法原理及其研究进展。

     

    Abstract: At present,perchlorate has become a global pollutant and be detected in domestic water,fruits and vegetables,dairy products,meat products. The status quo of ecotoxicology and course of detectable technological development of perchlorate were introduced in this paper. Reference to a large number of international and domestic literature,the mechanism of toxic effects on human thyroid and pituitary gland,the damage of heavy metal stress on plant cell structure,the injury of photosynthetic system,and the decrease of biomass were further studied. It described the principle and current state of the spectrophotometer,ion chromatography,ion chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Finally,the treatment of perchlorate was prospected.
