双酚S的毒理学效应及其作用机制的研究进展

Research progress on toxicological effects and mechanism of bisphenol S

  • 摘要: 环境内分泌干扰物双酚S(bisphenol S,BPS)作为双酚A最普遍的替代物,已广泛应用于食品包装容器等塑料制品的生产制造中。研究发现,BPS对机体同样可产生负面影响,其应用安全性已引起越来越多的关注。本文对BPS的人群暴露风险及在食品中的污染现状进行总结,并对其一般毒性作用和对遗传物质、生殖发育、神经内分泌系统、物质代谢、循环和免疫系统等的影响以及与受体、酶等相互作用的机制进行概述,为评价BPS的健康危害和环境风险提供理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Bisphenol S(BPS),an environmental endocrine disruptor,had been the most common alternative to bisphenol A and was widely used in manufacturing of food packaging containers and other plastic products. It was found that BPS also had a negative impact on the body,therefore its application safety had drawn more and more attention. In this paper,the human exposure risk and pollution situation in food of BPS were summarized. Moreover,the general toxicity of BPS and effects on gene material,reproductive development,neuroendocrine,substance metabolism,circulatory and immune systems,as well as its mechanism of action were reviewed,which would provide a theoretical basis for evaluation of the health hazard and environmental risk of BPS.
