QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定麦田环境中的磺酰胺类残留

Determination of triazolopyrimidine sulfonamides in the environment of wheat field by QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS

  • 摘要: 建立了同时测定麦田环境中三种磺酰胺类除草剂残留的改进QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。样品经乙腈振荡提取,小麦籽粒和小麦植株以石墨化碳黑(graphitized carbon black,GCB)对提取液进行净化处理、土壤样品采用乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(primary secondary amine,PSA),UPLC-MS/MS外标法检测定量。结果表明,唑嘧磺草胺、双氟磺草胺和五氟磺草胺在0.011 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)分别为0.9998、0.9997和0.9997,检出限均为0.01 mg/L。小麦籽粒、小麦植株和土壤中的三种磺酰胺类除草剂的平均加标回收率为85.9%105.5%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)不大于9.8%。方法简便、快速,能够满足麦田环境中上述3种磺酰胺农药残留同时检测的需要。 

     

    Abstract: The method for simultaneous determination of 3 kinds of triazolopyrimidine sulfonamides herbicides in the environment of wheat field by improved QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS was established.Residues in wheat grain, wheat plant and soil samples were extracted by acetonitrile, the wheat grain and wheat plant extracts were purified by GCB ( graphitized carbon black) , and the soil extracts were purified by PSA ( primary secondary amine) . The residues were determined by UPLC-MS/MS.The results showed the linear rang of flumetsulam, florasulam and penoxsulam was 0.01 ~ 1 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9998, 0.9997 and 0.9997 respectively. The recoveries of flumetsulam, florasulam and penoxsulam were in the rang of 85.9% 105.5%, with relative standard deviations ( RSD) less than 9.8%.This method is easy, quick, and can meet the requirements for simultaneous residue determination of flumetsulam, florasulam and penoxsulam in wheat, plant and soil.
