火麻仁油的药理功能及安全性研究进展

Research progress of pharmacological functions and safety of hemp seed oil

  • 摘要: 火麻仁油具有多年的食用和药用历史,主要含有不饱和脂肪酸、生育酚、叶绿素、植物甾醇和多酚类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、降血脂、改善记忆力等功效。本文对火麻仁油的化学组成、药理功能及安全性进行阐述,为开发火麻仁油保健功能食品提供依据。 

     

    Abstract: Hemp seed oil has been used as an edible and medical product for many years, it mainly contains unsaturated fatty acids, tocopherols, chlorophylls, phytosterols and polyphenols, and it has effects of antioxidant, anti-aging, antilipidemic, improving memory.The research of chemical composition, pharmacological functions, toxicological safety of hemp seed oil are reviewed in this paper, providing a theoretical basis for development of hemp seed oil health foods.
