两种海参多肽对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的防护作用研究

Protective effect of two kinds of sea cucumber polypeptide on kidney of diabetic rats

  • 摘要: 目的:研究海地瓜与仿刺参酶解液对Ⅰ、Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的肾脏系数和生化指标的作用,为进一步开发海地瓜与仿刺参的利用提供理论依据。方法:以Ⅰ、Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠为模型,适应性饲养7 d后,分为预防组与治疗组,空腹注射链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)建立糖尿病大鼠模型,测定各组大鼠的空腹血糖、血清、组织等生化指标。结果:与模型组相比,预防组与治疗组均能显著降低(p<0.01)糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白,改善糖耐量;显著降低尿素氮、肌酐、尿蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,显著升高(p<0.01)高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结论:两种海参多肽均可显著(p<0.01)改善Ⅰ、Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的糖、脂代谢等指标,从而达到对糖尿病预防和缓解的功效。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: In order to further use Apostichopus Japonicas and Acaudina Molpadioide, the regulating effect of Apostichopus Japonicas and Acandina Molpadioide on kidney index and biochemical indexes in type Ⅰ and Ⅱ diabetic rats were studied.Method: Based on Ⅰ and Ⅱ diabetic rats model, all of the rats were fed 7 d to adapt the environment, then divided into prevention group and experimental group. The diabetic model was established by streptozotocin intraperitioneal injection, plasma glucose, serum and tissue biochemical indexes were examined.Result: Compared with the model control group, prevention and treatment group can significantly reduce the FBG, GSP. It can also improve the level of oral glucose tolerance and significantly reduce the BUN, CREA, TC, TG, Alb and LDL-C and increase HDL-C. Conclusion: The two kinds of sea cucumber peptide can significantly improve the glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ diabetic rats, so as to achieve the effect of diabetes prevention and mitigation.
