Induction of active oxygen metabolism and pathogenesis- related proteins in potato tubers by oligandrin treatment

  • 摘要: 以"新大坪"马铃薯为试材,通过体内实验,系统地研究了寡雄蛋白处理对块茎组织活性氧产生、代谢相关酶及病程相关蛋白的活性和基因表达的影响。结果表明24μg/m L寡雄蛋白处理效果最佳,其处理后块茎病斑直径仅为对照的58.3%。进一步研究表明寡雄蛋白处理后,马铃薯组织H2O2含量、O-2·产生速率均在12 h出现明显峰值,较对照分别增加11.13%和20.32%,同时寡雄蛋白处理提高了过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)以及病程相关蛋白β-1,3葡聚糖酶、几丁质酶活性和基因表达量。可见寡雄蛋白可能是通过激活组织活性氧代谢及病程相关蛋白的产生诱导马铃薯块茎产生抗病性。
