亚临界CO2提取黑芝麻油渣中的芝麻油及其品质研究

Research on quality of sesame oil extracted by subcritical CO_2 from black sesame dregs

  • 摘要: 采用单因素和响应面实验优化亚临界CO2提取黑芝麻油渣中芝麻油的工艺。确定了亚临界CO2提取黑芝麻油渣中芝麻油的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力15 MPa,萃取温度32℃,CO2流量48 L/h,在此条件下芝麻油的得率为11.18%,得到的回归方程拟合良好。采用气相色谱-质谱仪联用(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)鉴定亚临界CO2和市售两种芝麻油中的脂肪酸和其它活性成分,结果表明亚临界CO2和市售芝麻油中脂肪酸主要是:油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸和亚油酸。亚临界CO2提取的芝麻油澄清、透明,具有芝麻香气,品质良好。本文为亚临界CO2提取芝麻油渣中芝麻油提供一定的理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: According to single factor experiments,using response surface optimized the process of extraction oil from black sesame dregs by subcritical CO_2. The optimum conditions were follows: extraction pressure 15 MPa,extraction temperature32 ℃,CO_2 flow 48 L / h,and the yield could reach 11.18%.The regression equation was fitted well.The fatty acids and bioactive products in sesame oil extracted by subcritical CO_2 and commercially available were both tested by Gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( GC- MS) and the main components were oleic acid,palmitic,stearic acid and linoleic acid. Furthermore,sesame oil extracted by subcritical CO_2 showed a good quality with clear,transparent,and sesame aroma after testing indexes of physical and chemical. This test may provide a theoretical basis for extraction of sesame oil from sesame dregs by subcritical CO_2.
