膳食混合胶粒在胆固醇等脂类转运吸收中的作用的研究进展

Research progress in the transportationand absorption of cholesterol and other lipids by dietary mixed micelles

  • 摘要: 因摄食过多脂类而导致的心血管类疾病已严重威胁到现代人身体健康,而食物中的胆固醇等脂类在机体内是通过"膳食混合胶粒"(Dietary Mixed Micelles,DMM)来有效地转运供人体吸收和利用的。本文主要总结了膳食混合胶粒结构特征及其在人体胃肠道中对脂类消化、吸收过程中的作用特点及转运机制,并就目前在检测膳食混合胶粒转运抑制体外实验模型中所使用的实验基质使用情况进行了综述。 

     

    Abstract: Prevalence of cardiovascular disease has become a serious threat tomodern people's health,which is closely related to the dietary lipids intake. Ingested dietary lipids,such as cholesterol need solubilization in the “Dietary Mixed micelles”( DMM) before they are absorbed and metabolized in the body.The formation,structure features and transport mechanism of the lipid digestion and absorption through DMM transportation in human gastrointestinal tract were focused in this review. The research development of the in vitro models for the detection of cholesterol transportation were also depicted.
