玉米须中高含量植物甾醇的提纯工艺

Process of extraction and purification of high content phytosterol from corn silk

  • 摘要: 以干玉米须为原料,研究其植物甾醇的提纯结晶工艺。皂化处理后的玉米须的提取条件经过优化后,在超声波功率220 W、液料比12∶1(m L/g)、35℃超声处理55 min的条件下,玉米须总甾醇得率达到10.5886 mg/g。得到的粗品经氯仿萃取后,以乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂得到结晶,再滴加甲醇抽滤后得到甾醇重结晶。其中,β-谷甾醇和豆甾醇的纯度分别为47.5%±0.24%和36.7%±0.13%,植物甾醇纯度为92.76%。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction and purification process of phytosterol were studied from corn silk by saponification. The highest extraction yield of 10.5886 mg / g total phytosterol was acquired by the ultrasonic assisted method. The optimal extraction conditions were determined by single factor and orthogonal test as follows: 220 W ultrasonic power,55 min extraction time,ultrasonic temperature 35 ℃,and 12∶ 1 ratio of liquld- material( m L / g).Phytosterol crystal was achieved with ethyl acetate as solvent after being extracted by chloroform.The purity of the crude phytosterols was 92.76% with 47.5% ± 0.24% β- sitosterol and 36.7% ± 0.13% campesterol,respectively after recrystallation by methanol.
