内蒙古达茂旗牧区牛乳中乳酸菌的耐药性及 gyrA 基因分析

Study on drug resistance testing and gyr A gene analysis of milk lactobacillus of Damao pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia

  • 摘要: 本研究以内蒙古达茂旗牧区牛乳中分离的16株乳酸菌为研究对象,采用纸片扩散法对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星和链霉素四种抗菌药进行耐药性测定。实验结果表明:93.75%的菌株对氧氟沙星和链霉素表现为耐药,100%的菌株对环丙沙星和诺氟沙星表现为耐药;耐药菌株经PCR扩增、gyr A基因编码的氨基酸序列分析,发现有1株乳酸菌的耐药性与gyr A基因突变有关。 

     

    Abstract: The research subject of this study was sixteen strains of lactobacillus which separated from milk of Damao pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia,and paper diffusion method was used to test the drug resistance of four kinds of antibacterial drugs of ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin,and streptomycin. The results showed that 93.75% of sixteen strains of lactobacillus were resistant to ofloxacin and streptomycin,and 100% of sixteen strains of lactobacillus were resistant to ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin.The results of PCR amplification and amino acid sequence analysis for all drug resistance lactobacillus showed that the resistance of one strains of lactobacillus was related to mutation of gyr A gene.
