如意草生物碱提取及抑菌活性研究

Extraction and antibacterial activity of alkaloidsfrom the Corydalis taliensis Fr.

  • 摘要: 通过采用单因素及正交实验,以如意草中生物碱的光吸收值为指标进行检测,优化如意草生物碱的最佳提取工艺为:以乙醇为溶剂时,乙醇浓度75%,料液比1∶10,超声时间120 min,超声温度40℃。在此条件下,如意草生物碱提取率最高,达到1.656%。此外,研究了如意草生物碱对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、沙门氏菌的抑菌活性,实验结果表明:如意草生物碱对四种供试菌种均有明显抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、沙门氏菌最低抑菌浓度分别为40、50、40、50μg/m L。 

     

    Abstract: To select the basicextracting way of alkaloid from the Corydalis taliensis Fr.with ultrasonic,the best one was selected with absorbency of alkaloid as index by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed the optimum extraction conditions were as follow: the concentration of ethanol 75%,material to liquid ratio was 1∶ 10,ultrasonic time was 120 min and ultrasonic temperature was 40 ℃.The alkaloidsextraction yield could reach 1.656% in the optimum conditions. In addition to,the antibacterial activities of alkaloid Corydalis taliensis Fr. was determined. The minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) of Corydalis taliensis Fr.alkaloidon Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Salmonella typhimurium was 40,50,40,50 μg / m L,respectively.
