萱藻中主要类胡萝卜素的分析与鉴定

Analysis and identification of major carotenoids from Scytosiphon Lomentaria

  • 摘要: 采用有机溶剂浸提法从萱藻中提取类胡萝卜素,利用柱层析与薄层层析对萱藻主要类胡萝卜素组分进行了分离纯化。利用可见吸收光谱、红外光谱与高效液相-质谱联用等检测手段对萱藻中主要类胡萝卜素组分进行了分析鉴定,并通过高效液相法对萱藻中类胡萝卜素含量进行了测定。结果表明,萱藻中主要类胡萝卜素为β-胡萝卜素和岩藻黄素,其含量分别为124.55、2862.20μg/g(dw)。 

     

    Abstract: Carotenoids from Scytosiphon Lomentaria were extracted by organic solvent method in this paper. Carotenoids were separated and purified by column and thin- layer chromatography. The major carotenoids from Scytosiphon Lomentaria were analyzed and identified by visible spectrum,infrared spectroscopy and HPLC- MS. The contents of major carotenoids from Scytosiphon Lomentaria were determined by HPLC method. The results showed that the major carotenoids from Scytosiphon Lomentaria were β- carotene and fucoxanthin,which contents were 124.55 μg / g( dw) and 2862.20 μg / g( dw),respectively.
