副溶血弧菌快速检测技术研究进展

Advancement of rapid detection technology for Vibrio parahaemolyticus

  • 摘要: 副溶血弧菌是一种重要的嗜盐性食源性致病菌,广泛存在于近海岸的海水、海底沉积物以及鱼虾、贝类等海洋生物中。在我国沿海地区,由副溶血弧菌引起的食物中毒已成为微生物中毒的首要因素。本文分别以副溶血弧菌菌体、核酸、蛋白质和代谢产物为检测对象,介绍了各种PCR技术、酶联免疫吸附技术和生物传感器技术等目前副溶血弧菌的热点快速检测技术,对各种技术进行了比较分析,并对未来的发展前景作了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Vibrio parahaemolyticus is one of the most important foodborne pathogens,which is widely distributed in coastal waters,submarine sediment and marine life including fish,crustaceans and molluscsis.In the coastal areas of China,the food poisoning caused by V.parahaemolyticus have become primary microbial poisoning reasons.In this paper,many popular rapid detection technologies of V. parahaemolyticus,such as various PCR methods,ELISA and Biosensor techniques,were introduced based on cells,nucleic acid,protein and metabolites of V.parahaemolyticus as detection objects. These techniques were compared and the prospective development trends were prospected.
