香叶木苷抗肿瘤作用及机制的研究进展

  • 摘要: 香叶木苷又名地奥司明(Diosmin),在多种药食同源的天然植物中含量丰富,其作用于动静脉系统的药理学活性被广泛报道,其可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,对癌细胞具有特异性促凋亡活性和化学预防作用,因而被认为是有潜质的抗肿瘤药物。本文将香叶木苷对肿瘤细胞的增殖与凋亡、信号通路、抗多药耐药等方面的机制作以综述。 

     

    Abstract: Diosmin,a naturally occurring flavonoid compounds,which is found abundantly in various natural plants and citrus fruits.It has shown a broad range of pharmacological activities in arterial and venous systems.Recently the inhibitory effect on proliferation of tumor cell was reported extensively. Since its pro- apoptotic activity and chemical prevention effect,which was considered to be a potential anti- tumor drug.In this paper,it was reviewed the mechanisms progress of diosmin on tumor cells proliferation and apoptosis,signal pathway,anti- multidrug resistance.
