响应面优化白芷淀粉超声波辅助提取

Optimization for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Angelica dahurica starch by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 采用超声波辅助提取白芷淀粉,考察了超声波功率、超声波处理时间以及料液比对白芷淀粉提取率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,利用响应面法对其提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明,超声波辅助提取白芷淀粉的最佳条件为:超声波功率325 W,超声波处理时间27 min,料液比1∶6(g/m L)。在最佳条件下,白芷淀粉提取率为74.02%,比常规方法提高了10.07%。超声波辅助有助于白芷淀粉的提取。 

     

    Abstract: The Angelica dahurica starch was extracted by ultrasonic- assisted extraction. The effects of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic extraction time and ratio of material to liquid on the yield of Angelica dahurica starch was investigated.The extraction process of Angelica dahurica starch was optimized with the response surface method based on the single factor experiments.The optimal conditions were as follows: 325 W of ultrasonic power,27 min of ultrasonic extraction time and 1∶ 6( g / m L) of ratio of material to liquid,respectively.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction yield of Angelica dahurica starch was 74.02 percent,an increase of 10.07 percent when compared with conventional extraction.Ultrasonic assisted- extraction could help to increase the extraction yield of Angelica dahurica starch.
