海藻酸钠寡糖的生物活性及其衍生产物研究进展

A review on the physiologicai activity of alginate oligosaccharides and their derivatization

  • 摘要: 海藻酸钠寡糖是海藻酸钠经过一定的降解方式得到的低分子聚合物,其具有分子量低、水溶性强,易吸收等特性,同时还具备抗氧化、降血压、降血脂等生物活性。采用合理的方法对海藻酸钠寡糖进行修饰,得到的衍生物的生物活性、生理功能都有一定提高,可在一定程度上拓展海藻酸钠寡糖产品在食品工业、医学等领域的应用。因此,本文着重对海藻酸钠寡糖的生物活性及其衍生物的研究现状进行归纳,以期为从事海藻酸钠寡糖的研究者提供一定的参考价值。 

     

    Abstract: Alginate oligosaccharides could be obtained by chemical and enzymatic hydrolysis of alginate. It has lower molecular weight,better water solubility and higher absorption than alginate. It also possesses lots of biological activities,including antioxidant activity,anti- hypersensitive activity and anti- allergy property. Chemical modification of alginate oligosaccharides serves a tool to improve its physical properties and physiological activities,thus expanding their uses in food and pharmaceutical areas. However,reviews are limited on biological activities of alginate oligosaccharides and their derivatization.Therefore,in this review,the present research status of alginate oligosaccharides and their derivatization was highly summarized. Besides,the prospect of alginate oligosaccharides and their derivatization was proposed.
