海洋动物源性糖蛋白研究进展

摘要: 糖蛋白是寡糖链与多肽以多种形式共价相连且具有生物活性的物质,天然糖蛋白具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力等生理活性。本文对海洋动物源性糖蛋白的组成结构、功能特性、制备以及分离纯化等方面的研究现状进行综述,并分析展望了海洋动物源性糖蛋白的未来研究前景,旨在为海洋动物源糖蛋白的基础研究与应用提供理论参考。

Abstract: Glycoprotein is a kind of bioactive substance,which is constructed with oligosaccharide chains and peptides by a variety of covalent forms. Natural glycoprotein exhibits physiological activities,such as anti-oxidation,anti- tumor,and enhance immunity.The current work reviewed the research progress of the glycoprotein from marine animals,including the structure,function,preparation and purification of the glycoprotein.Furthermore,the further study of marine animal- derived glycoprotein was addressed,aimed to provide the reference for the development of the glycoprotein.
