二次回归正交旋转组合优化谷糠吸附剂吸附Cu2+研究

Study on the optimization of adsorption of Cu2+ by chaff using quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design

  • 摘要: 运用单因素实验考察了谷糠吸附剂加入量(X1)、p H(X2)、时间(X3)、Cu2+的浓度(X4)等条件对Cu2+)吸附性能的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,运用二次回归正交旋转组合设计对谷糠吸附剂吸附Cu2+)条件进行优化,并建立正交回归模型。由模型推知,当Cu2+)的初始浓度为5.04 mg·L-1,吸附剂加入量为3.84 g·L-1,p H为5.48,吸附时间为42.85 min时,谷糠吸附剂对Cu2+)的吸附率最高可达94.02%。在该条件下进行反复实验,平均吸附率达到93.28%,证明该实验具有可靠性。 

     

    Abstract: The effects of conditions including chaff dosage( X1),p H value( X2),adsorption time( X3) and the initial concentration of Cu2+( X4) on the adsorption properties of Cu2+were studied by single factor experiments.On the basis of single factor experiments,four main experimental conditions for the adsorption of Cu2+were optimized using quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design.A quadratic orthogonal regression model was established.According to the modal,the highest theoretical adsorption efficiency was obtained( 94.02%) under the conditions as follows: the initial concentration of Cu2++5.04 mg·L(- 1),chaff dosage 3.84 g·L-1,p H value 5.48 and reaction time42.85 min.Through repeatedly experimental test under this condition,the average adsorption rate reached 93.28%,which proved that the test was reliable.
