响应面法优化落叶松阿拉伯半乳聚糖闪式提取工艺及其性质研究

Optimization of flash- extraction of larch arabinogalactan using response surface analysis and its characterization

  • 摘要: 以华北落叶松为原料,采用闪式提取技术对落叶松中的阿拉伯半乳聚糖进行提取,在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面法对闪提工艺进行优化,最终得到较优提取工艺参数为:提取温度为70℃,闪提时间为1.6 min,料液比为1∶16(g/m L),提取时间为22 min,此条件下阿拉伯半乳聚糖提取率为14.30%±0.05%。通过扫描电镜观察阿拉伯半乳聚糖样品,发现其呈不规则几何外形分布。通过红外吸收峰的分析,发现样品含有糖类化合物的典型基团,且趋势和标准品基本一致。 

     

    Abstract: The North China larch was used as the raw material to extract larch arabinogalactan by flash- extraction,based on single factor experiments,extraction condition was optimized by the response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extraction of the larch arabinogalactan from the North China larch were as follows: extraction temperature 70 ℃,flash- extraction time 1.6 min,solid- to- liquid( g / m L) ratio 1 ∶ 16 and extraction time 22 min.Under this condition,the maximal content of larch arabinogalactan was up to 14.30% ± 0.05%.By using scanning electron microscopy( SEM) analysis of the arabinogalactan samples,it was found that its distribution was the irregular geometry. And the infrared spectrum( IR) analysis showed that it contained a typical groups of saccharide compounds,also its trend was almost consistent with the standards.
