南极磷虾酶解液脱氟工艺的研究

Study on fluoride removal of Antarctic krill hydrolysate

  • 摘要: 本文以脱氟率和氨基酸损失率为指标,比较了四种不同钙源物对南极磷虾酶解液氟脱除的影响。并结合吸附法与离子沉淀法共同脱氟,在单因素实验的基础上,以脱氟率为响应值,利用响应面优化法对结合脱氟方法进行优化。脱氟前后利用氨基酸自动分析仪检测酶解液中氨基酸种类与含量。结果表明,四种钙源物中乳酸钙对南极磷虾酶解液氟脱除效果最好。利用结合法脱氟的工艺条件为:乳酸钙与氧化铝质量比1∶4,酶解液p H9.0,流速2.0 m L/min,此时脱氟率可达到93.98%±0.04%。脱氟前后南极磷虾酶解液中氨基酸种类并没有发生变化,氨基酸总量损失率也仅为3.49%。由此证明,结合法对南极磷虾酶解液脱氟有良好的效果。 

     

    Abstract: In this study,the rate of defluorinating and amino acid losses removal rate were regarded as the index.The effects of four different calcium sources to Antarctic krill hydrolysate fluoride removal were compared.Adsorption and ion precipitation were combined to remove the fluoride.Based on the single factor experiment,the rate of defluorinating being as the response value,and the study used the response surface optimization method to optimize defluorinating method.The kinds and contents of amino acids in the peptide was detected by automatic amino acid analyzer before and after experiment.The results showed that,calcium lactate was the best calcium sources of removing fluoride.The best removal technological conditions were as follows: mass rate was 1∶ 4,p H was 9.0 and the flow rate was 2.0 m L / min.The removal fluoride reached 93.98% ± 0.04% under this condition.The kinds of amino acids in the peptide were not changed before and after the removal of fluorine,the total loss rate of the amino acids was only 3.49%.The results indicated that the combined methods had good effect on enzymatic hydrolysate defluorination.
