基于碱基错配的核酸分子逻辑运算研究进展

Research progress in molecular logic operation based on nucleic acid mismatches

  • 摘要: 分子逻辑运算是解决电子计算机发展瓶颈的有效途径,是实现分子计算机的关键单元。核酸错配结合Hg2+和Ag+等重金属离子是功能核酸中非常经典的一类分子基础,也十分契合逻辑门多输入的需求,因此在分子逻辑运算的研究中十分重要。本文对分子逻辑运算进行概述,并以核酸错配结合重金属的原理为基础,综述了近年来基于核酸错配结合重金属的分子逻辑运算的研究进展,对荧光信号、比色信号、电化学信号和电化学发光信号等类型的逻辑运算的研究进行了分类和总结,最后对分子逻辑研究的机遇和挑战进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: The molecular logic operation is an effective way to solve the bottleneck of the development electronic computer,as well as a key unit of molecular computer. It is a class of very classical molecular basis for DNA mismatch to combine heavy metal,so it is important in the study of molecular logic operation. In this paper,an overview of molecular logic operation was presented. Then,the research progress based on the principle of DNA mismatch for heavy metal combination in molecular logic operation in recent years were classified and summarized,including the fluorescence signal,colorimetric signal,electrochemical signal and ECL signals,etc.Finally,the opportunities and challenges of molecular logic research were proposed.
