近红外光谱技术在液态食品掺假检测中的应用

Research progress in the application of near- infrared spectroscopy on the adulteration detection of liquid food

  • 摘要: 近些年,食品安全事故有增多趋势,而在众多针对食品掺假的检测技术中,近红外光谱技术因其快速、方便等优点而受到关注。本文主要综述了近红外技术在牛奶、蜂蜜和食用油等液态食品掺假检测研究的发展状况,并分析了如今所存在的问题和未来的发展方向。 

     

    Abstract: In recent years,food safety incidents have shown a tendency to increase.As one of detection methods to be capable of authenticating and classifying food products,near- infrared( NIR) spectroscopy analysis has received more concerns in public because it is a new type of analyzing technology with advantages of celerity,convenient,economic and less pollution. Development of NIR spectroscopy analysis applied in the detection of adulteration regarding milk,honey and cooking oil were reviewed in this article.Problems and development trend of NIR spectroscopy for this field were also discussed.
