宏基因组技术及其在食品科学和酶制剂产品开发中的应用

Metagenome technology and its applications on food science and enzymic preparation products development

  • 摘要: 宏基因组技术是指直接提取环境样品中的总DNA,再通过构建文库筛选目的基因或功能基因的方法。它对食品微生物、有害物质的降解、食品营养的研究以及酶制剂产品开发上具有重大意义。本文对宏基因组学技术及其在食品科学和酶制剂产品开发方面应用进行了综述。 

     

    Abstract: Metagenome technology is an approach for screening target or functional genes by total DNA direct extraction from environmental samples,followed by gene libraries construction and screening. It has a great significance in studying food microorganism,the degradation of hazardous substance,food nutrition and enzymic preparation product development. Metagenome technology and its applications on food science and enzymic preparation product development were summarized in this article.
